Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying our customers. We stand behind our travel goods, want to build trust, and long term relationships with our customers. If a purchase isn’t right, we’ll work to fix it. We’ll always do our best to be fair and reasonable; we hope customers will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

Returns

Items shipped from WALTER + RAY, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:

• All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs
• “Free gifts” or bonus items
• All items included in a bundle

Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days. To start the process fill out the Return Request Form.

Exchanges

A request for an exchange will be processed with the same speed that was used on your original item after we receive the original item. Please fill out our Return Request Form so we can create a shipping label for you and prepare shipment of your replacement item.

Limited Warranties

We stand behind all of our products here at WALTER + RAY. Below are items that we offer warranties for:

BENDYMAN Flashlight – LIMITED WARRANTY

Thirty Day Limited Warranty. What is covered: WALTER + RAY warrants to the first retail purchaser of this BendyMan Flashlight that should this product or any part be proved defective in materials or workmanship, from the date of proof of purchase for a period of thirty (30) days, then it will be subject to the terms of this thirty day limited warranty. Such defects will be replaced or credit issued at WALTER + RAY’S option, without charge for parts or labor directly related to the defect.

Limitations and Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to: a) any cost to any product or part thereof which has suffered through normal wear and tear, alteration, physical abuse, misuse, neglect or accident; b) items intended to be periodically replaced by the purchaser during the normal life of the product including, without limitation, batteries or light bulbs; or c) a product that is used commercially or for a commercial purpose.  Nor does it cover defects caused by service of the product by anyone other than WALTER + RAY. Damage resulting from an act of God, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake and other natural disasters will be excluded. WALTER + RAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY.

This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied either in fact or by operations of law, statutory or otherwise, including, but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use.

TAB™ Messenger. Fit and Zipsleeve – LIMITED WARRANTY

One Year Limited Warranty. What is covered: WALTER + RAY warrants to the first retail purchaser of this TAB™ gear bag that should this product or any part be proved defective in materials or workmanship, from the date of proof of purchase for a period of one (1) year, then it will be subject to the terms of this one year limited warranty. Such defects will be replaced or credit issued at WALTER + RAY’S option, without charge for parts or labor directly related to the defect.

Limitations and Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to any cost to any product or part thereof which has suffered through normal wear and tear, alteration, physical abuse, misuse, neglect or accident.
